Dr. Alex Fibishenko

SENIOR IMPLANTOLOGIST
Dr Fibishenko is pioneer of ‘All On 4’ in Australia and conceiver of the internationally acclaimed ‘All On 4 Plus’. He heads our implant team and is personally involved in the surgical treatments of all complex cases involving dental implants and reconstructive dento-alveolar surgery.
He graduated Dentistry from the prestigious University of Melbourne in 1995, and pursued his interest in dental implants, bone grafting and reconstructive dento-alveolar surgery from his very first year in private practice. He received training from some of the pioneers and leaders in the field in Australia, North America, Europe, and Asia. In 1997 he attained accreditation by the ASID (Australian Society of Implant Dentistry) and was awarded recognition as a fellow of the ICOI (International Congress of Oral Implantologists) in 2002.
Until designing and moving into our new purpose-built dental and surgical facilities, Dr Fibishenko performed surgery out of leading day hospitals such as Cabrini and Sir John Monash Private. He is on the current register of the Dental Practices Board of Victoria, and is a memeber of the Australian Dental Association (ADA), Australian Society of Implant Dentistry (ASID), and the ICOI. He is also clinical and educational director of Implant Team Academy, which he founded in 2007.
Dr Fibishenko’s practice is exclusive to dental implants and reconstructive dento-alveolar surgery. It draws on multi-disciplinary cosmetic dentistry restorative and oral surgical experience giving him an advantageous cross-disciplinary insight. He places around 800 dental implants per year and performs hundreds of related dento-alveolar surgical procedures, including Sinus Grafts.
Being heavily involved in training and education of specialists, cosmetic dentists and technicians, Dr Fibishenko is frequently an invited speaker on dental implants and bone grafting internationally. He works in a surgical capacity with selected cosmetic dentists and specialists in Victoria and NSW, and although there is no recognised speciality that is dedicated to Dental Implants, he continues to strive towards accomplishing true ‘specialist’ standards of care in oral implantology.
His accolades include insightful surgical techniques, performing his first All On 4 case in 2005 and successfully conducting Australia’s very first Concurrent Bi-maxillary Reconstruction with Nobel Guide and ‘Teeth in an Hour’. Between 2007 and 2012 Dr Fibishenko has documented over 500 arches that he surgically treated with the All-On-4 and All-On-4 Plus techniques with highly favourable results.

Dr Mark Bormann graduated at Melbourne University with a B.D.Sc and joined the clinic in 1997. He provides all aspects of dental treatment for adults and children. He is an accredited provider for The Philips Zoom teeth whitening procedure which is the number one requested and performed service of its kind at our clinic. His special interests include endodontics (root canal therapy)cosmetic dentistry and sleep dentistry.
Dr. Chris Kourdulous
SENIOR COSMETIC DENTIST/IMPLANTOLOGIST, MELBOURNE
Dr Kourdulous provides all aspects of general dental care and sleep dentistry for adults and children, and performs both the surgical and restorative procedures pertaining to dental implants. He is also the senior assistant implant dentist to Dr Alex Fibishenko and undertakes the preliminary and restorative aspects of All On 4 Dental Implants.
Dr Kourdulous second area of interest is orthodontics as it fits within the context of appropriate treatment planning striving to attain high-end results with cosmetic dentistry and dental implants.
